  • Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order at our manufacturing facility.  Orders are shipped Fed-Ex ground and track numbers will be provided when your product ships out.  All tracking information is emailed to your email address.  You cannot just arive at our factory and expect to purchase products that day and take them home with you.  We do have to assembly and make the seats for these products.  If you are planning on picking up the products from us you must place the order in advance over the phone and we will call you to schedule the pickup.  This can only be done over the phone for special situations and must be paid in advance.

    We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. This policy may change from time to time. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.  We don't share your information with any third parties.  We only use it to process your order and to send you tracking information.

    We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Since this is a clearance website where scratch & dent and discontinued items are sold we don't take back items for buyer's remorse, no exchanges and no refunds.  There are no warranties for any of the items on this site.  If an item is damaged during shipment and the box is destroyed we will replace the item if we have a replacement available, but you must not sign for the item at time of delivery and refuse shipment of the item from the shipping company.  This allows us to deal with the issue directly with the carrier.  It's always important that you inspect shipments before signing for them.  Taking photos of the damage and not signing is recommended and will help us with the dispute process.  If you followed those guidelines we'll get the replacement out right away.

  • Ordering

    You will receive a copy of the order after ordering via email.  If you provide us with an incorrect email address then you won't receive and order confirmation.  We'll receive it but you'll be left in the dark.  If for some reason you don't receive and email with your order details just email us and we'll look into the matter.  contact@hollandclearance.com

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    We accept all major credit cards.  Pricing is subject to change from time to time.  Once items are sold out they will no longer be available for sale.  Pay special attention to our inventory levels to determine how many we have left. 

  • Viewing Orders

    If you create a login your can review your order order history.  All track numbers are emailed and stored in your account if you set one up.
